Beaver in Our Parks

Learn about the lives of beaver and their impact on county parks from wildlife specialist Rob Gibbs, Natural Resources Manager with the M-NCPPC Montgomery County Department of Parks. Rob will help us understand beaver biology and ecology and different approaches to managing beaver in urbanized environments.

The Silver Spring Civic Building is located at the intersection of Fenton and Ellsworth in downtown Silver Spring. Ample free parking is available after 6:30 pm in the municipal parking garage on Ellsworth.
